Addad ض

This small dictionary has some of the most frequently used Arabic words in everyday life in Lebanon. It is divided into seven themes: Transportation, Shopping, Greeting, Emotions, Food, Clothing, and Education. In Each theme, the words are translated into Arabic (spoken Lebanese Dialect) using both Alphabets with the addition of some pictures.  

We hope that it will be of help as you try to communicate with the community outside and inside campus.

This dictionary was made possible because of the relentless effort of a group of Mastercard Foundation Scholars at AUB who collected the words, made the translations and designed the booklet.
